Families are encouraged to review bus safety guidelines with their student before the start of the school year:
- Remain seated at all times
- Keep legs facing forward and not in the aisles
- Wait for the driver’s signal prior to crossing the road
- Use the handrails when getting on and off the bus
- If you miss the bus, don’t run towards or after it
- Keep your hands to yourself
- Be courteous to other riders
- No eating or drinking on the bus
- Listen to and respect your driver
- Be at your bus stop at minimum five minutes prior to your pick up time
- No horseplay at the bus stop
- Keep voice volume to reasonable level
